Your pots are designed to be dish-washer safe and can also be used in the microwave. As with almost all fired clay, you should however avoid rapid changes in temperature. For example, of you want to use something in the oven, let the dish pre-heat with the oven rather than putting it in at full temperature.

All my pots are fired to a minimum of cone 6 (around 1200 degrees centigrade) and the glazes are designed to be food-safe. There are a few items, which are clearly marked, which are not intended for food or kitchen used.

All individual items for sale are photographed individually, and you will receive the item on the photo. When there are multiples available, you will receive one of a set of very similar, but not identical, pots. The beauty of something being handmade is that nothing is quite the same, though obviously sets are thrown to be used collectively.

I’ll try and ship everything within 1-2 days of receiving your order. If I am unable to do so, I’ll drop you an email so that you are aware.

I really hope you do, but I also aim to be uncomplicated, so you can return any item that doesn’t meet your expectation. I am a tiny business, so I can’t offer a free return, but if you send back what you don’t like, I will reimburse you for the cost of the pot (not the P&P though).
